As a university lecturer, I have taught a wide range of courses, including character development and comparative mysticism.”

“In addition, I have also served as the spiritual counselor for graduate students as well as many families in transition. Aside from my clinical work, I continue to lead couple’s counseling and meditation workshops and retreats.”

Trauma, Mood, and Anxiety Disorders

You are not alone. Depression, anxiety, trauma and OCD can be treated and overcome. I can work with you to develop strategies to change old patterns and develop new ones.

Couples Therapy

Nothing affects our quality of life more than our relationships. Learning how to create safety in a relationship is a critical part of getting your needs met. All backgrounds and genders are welcome.

Mindfulness/Spirituality

To be truly fulfilled, every part of us must be healthy: mind, body and spirit. I work with clients with a holistic perspective to utilize resources in each of these parts of our shared humanity.

Life Transitions

Change is inevitable. Suffering through change is optional. Increase your resilience and find meaning in the midst of significant life transitions. Grief and loss, death and dying, divorce, marriage, childbirth and more.

Domestic Violence

Abuse, whether psychological, physical or sexual can be hard to recognize from the outside. However, its impact can be lasting and devastating. I have experience helping victims cope during or after abusive relationships to regain their sense of sanity.
